What does the basic yacht rental include?
Our rentals provide you with an expert crew, all essential safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Each service type has unique inclusions — for instance, sunset tours provide select drinks and finger foods, while business rentals offer meeting areas and professional dining options.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, we suggest reserving your yacht 2–3 weeks ahead of time, particularly during the busy months (May–September). For events like business gatherings or private parties, we advise booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and to leave time for any personal customization.
What if the weather prevents safe sailing?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should the captain deem weather conditions to be hazardous, we will suggest an alternative date for your yacht trip or return your payment in full. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and we will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your departure if the forecast is concerning.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. We also offer top-notch catering options and can tailor the menu to your taste. Be aware that glass is prohibited aboard our yachts for safety purposes.
Can guests with disabilities access your yachts?
We endeavor to make our services accessible to everyone. Certain yachts in our fleet are more accommodating for guests with mobility challenges. To arrange the most appropriate vessel and any special provisions, please get in touch with us at the time of your reservation.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel your reservation 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled departure, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours prior will be refunded at 50%. Should you cancel within 24 hours of departure, the payment is not refundable, with the exception of cancellations due to unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our end.
