Committing to a charter or engaging with our Service implies your consent to adhere to these Terms. Should you disagree with any section of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

CoralFieldGlow offers sophisticated yacht charter services, which comprise:
- Yacht rentals for daily use
- Cruises at sunset
- Retreats for corporate teams
- Private gatherings
- Several-day charters
Availability of services is contingent on several factors, and we retain the authority to alter or cease services at our discretion.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
Charter reservations require you to:
- Have a minimum age of 18 years
- Submit precise and full details
- Make a deposit payment as outlined in your booking acknowledgement
- Concur with these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking is only valid following the issuance of payment and our written acknowledgment. Service provision is subject to our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charter bookings depend on the accessibility of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your preferences for dates and hours.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All quoted prices are in € and necessarily include relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Note that prices may be subject to adjustments without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Initial Deposit: A payment constituting 50% of the entire charter cost is due upon booking
- Final Balance: Payment should be completed 48 hours before the charter sets sail
- Incidental Fees (as applicable): Payable at the conclusion of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
Accepted methods for payment include primary credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payment processes are safeguarded with encryption for security.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours prior to departure: Eligible for a full refund minus any processing costs
- Between 24 to 72 hours preceding departure: Eligible for a 50% refund
- Fewer than 24 hours before departure: Ineligible for a refund
5.2 Weather Cancellations
If the captain deems weather conditions as hazardous, your options are:
- Postpone the charter to another available date at zero additional cost
- Receive a full refund if rebooking is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should your designated vessel experience mechanical issues, efforts will be made to supply a suitable substitute. Should an alternative not be available, a complete refund will be issued.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All passengers are required to:
- Follow the crew's directives
- Utilize safety equipment when stipulated
- Disclose medical conditions that might pose safety risks
- Stay within the designated areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
Certain items are not permitted on board:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Weapons of any kind
- Non-alcoholic drinks in excess of reasonable consumption
- Pets, unless prior approval is given
6.3 Conduct
Respectful behavior is a prerequisite for all passengers. Any behavior deemed as posing a risk to safety or disrupting others may result in the termination of a charter without refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability obligations are confined to the charter cost you have paid for. We do not accept responsibility for:
- Personal harm owing to passenger negligence
- Personal belongings loss or damage
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays induced by weather or conditions out of our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our yachts and operations are covered by full marine insurance. Passengers should ensure they have their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Partaking in our yacht charters means you're aware that marine activities come with inherent risks, and you agree to be accountable for your safety and health.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We hold the right to adjust itineraries, travel paths, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety priorities, or operational needs. We will make substantial efforts to arrange comparable alternative experiences.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for alterations, postponements, or cessations caused by events beyond our control, such as, but not limited to:
- Extensive weather disturbances
- Natural disasters
- Regulatory mandates
- Port shutdowns
- Vessel mechanical failures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is managed as per our Privacy Policy. Engaging with our services signifies your agreement to our data collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
